The International Africa Gaming Cup (IAGC) is a multi-country esports initiative bringing together 17 nations across the continent. Designed and produced with Nicecactus, the project was structured as a scalable platform combining competition, community, and international visibility.
Our role focused on clarifying the strategic narrative and positioning the initiative as a credible, high-impact opportunity for partners, sponsors, and stakeholders.
Rather than a standalone event, the IAGC was framed as a long-term platform capable of attracting international attention, partnerships, and investment into Africa’s gaming and digital ecosystem.
